Fees
My individual session fee is $170. This fee is due at the time of service.
I currently take cash, check and credit card payments. If you wish to use insurance, I work with Nicolle at Omni Medical Billing Service, Inc.
I am an in network provider for:
First Choice
Kaiser Permanente PPO/Options
Premera/BCBS/Lifewise
Aetna
I am considered an 'out of network' provider for most insurance companies in which many of the benefits are equal to or slightly less than 'in network' benefits.
If you have any billing questions, I recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out if my services are billed as “in network” or “out of network.” Every policy is different; for example, I am in-network with some BCBS policies, but out of network with others, depending on which state the policy is paid from.
